This American Boating 201 Instructor Kickstart Virtual IQC is designed for existing instructors to enable them to be ready when American Boating launches.
The course includes a
- downloadable instructor guide
- a digital version of the new Powerboating Made Easy textbook
- an online exam.
Upon completion, instructors will have earned a 201 certification for the American Boating 101 course and will be ready to teach the classes or conduct clinics.

- This is a comprehensive review course that may take 3+ hours in total to complete.

- Pass the final exam with a score of 90% or higher.
- Your scores will be automatically submitted to American Boating.
- You will be notified about next steps when your certification has been processed
